The Forgotten Terror

Spyro always bothered me in newer franchises. If I remember right  the original series while had Sypro as a cute but badass kid, as her grew he became more mature while still connecting to his root personality. 

However now his personality to me is like a stale cornchip, ‘oh save the world OOOHHHH DARK SIDE’ it sorta reminds me of shadow the hedgehog...but without the shitty game and laughs. [Which is good, Spyro can be taken seriously and the newer franchises are their own world together in my book, and have some great lore and character designs and even greater creators in the fan bases.]

These are just my personal thoughts on the matter and this is just a design tweak along with my interpretation of spyro in the newer franchises

Name: Spyro Age: 17  cycles [ 1 cycle = 12 human years] Elements: Fire [main], ice, electric, earth Your name is Spyro and after the horrors you have seen, you are doing all you can to not become another purple monster. Adamant nature - Often Lost in Thought Who hasn't heard the tale of a purple dragon raised by dragon flies and defeated the dark lord not once but twice! This though had very negative effects on him and his partner, Cynder. Spyro only being a child when fighting and facing Malefor, locked away the horror sights and effects of it. Once the world seemed at peace, beings from all over celebrated. And everything for a few cycles seemed to be okay, with him joining a group of heros being run by a being named Eon who wished to help the world further. Fighting any darkness that wished to harm the lands, Spyro was happy with the group simply called 'Skylanders'. When what little of the ape army that remained basically resurrected Malefor with machines, the these heroes sprung into action and began to fight the evil force once again to keep the world at peace. This though, unlocked the horrors he had suppressed, and Malefor had captured Spyro thinking he could brainwash the other purple dragon to serve him.  While he was soon saved it had taken his toll, and in his corrupted dark form could no longer tell friend from foe.  If Cynder and the other Skylanders didn't pin him down he would have seriously hurt someone a few times. Soon though they finally put Malefor down, and the world was once again saved. Spyro though retried and began to suffer PTSD. He currently lives with Allen and Allen's mother, Alaya learning to cope and get help for his issues. He often visits his parents and only uses his fire element, in memory of the old fire guardian.
