You’re very welcome! I hadn’t actually considered it myself until I was typing up that list and realised I didn’t have any non-Doctor Doctor Who characters. Rory immediately popped into my head because of how easy it is to connect the ‘Single-Target Sexuality’ trope with demisexuality, and it just grew from there.
