Continued from: He'd been having a rough day all around and didn't want to be bothered by anyone. He'd snapped at Tohru again like an idiot. Laying on his side on the porch looking out over the small garden area he sighed hearing Shigure's voice coming from the living room behind him. With a groan he turned enough so he could glance over his shoulder at the other. "Trying to..." He sure was persistent wasn't he.

Shigure wasn't entirely sure what had happened earlier to worsen Kyo's mood, although he felt like it probably involved Tohru and happened sometime after he had left for school this morning. The dog was well-aware that he wasn't exactly great at helping with Kyo's issues, but he was willing to try in his own way.

"That's rude...We really do need to work on your people skills, don't we?" He remained standing behind him, "I assume it's been a rough day for you."

A sudden flash of white and two robbers were knocked right out of the trees not too far from Kyou.  “Has it ever occurred to you that maybe you should start, oh I don’t know, checking out the area before you get yourself killed?” A young man dressed to blend into the forest asked as he made himself known just right above Kyou. “And you’re in my neck of the woods, again, Princey.” Yun hated it when the prince would use his trees as practice. Royal blood or not, the White Dragon knight was not going to let anyone mess up his home.

It was rumored that Yun held no love or loyalty for the Sohma Clan, or for much of any royal family within the country. And no one knew just where he hailed from, keeping his origins a mystery. “Since you are intent on training, let’s go. I assume you also have your sword with you.”

"You reek of sweat and desperation.”  he said again more clearly in case that cat had misunderstood him the first time.  Though by his reaction it was clear that he had indeed upset kyo.

Hatsuharu wasn’t the biggest fan of the school’s culture festival either, but at least there was food to keep him distracted from the crowds and his responsibilities; he didn’t even remember what his own class was supposed to be doing. 

However, he did understand where Kyo was coming from, especially since his class was populated with the majority of their annoying peers.

“You don’t know that for sure...at the very least you get a grade for showing up.”

Continued from:  Kyo froze at the door eyes locked on the handle and hand ready to grab hold. Where was he going? To find Tohru? She hadn’t come home yet. “She’s not back yet, I’m going to go look..” kyo grumbled as he let his hand grasp ahold of the door turning the handle. “Before you say anything no, I’m not worried about her…”

The cat’s answer wasn’t much of a surprise considering that was what Shigure had been expecting from him.  Kyo and Yuki both were so easily worried when it came to Tohru’s well-being.  

“Oh, I would never suggest that you would be doing this because you’re worried about our sweet little Tohru~”  Although the tone of his words were pretty clear that he was skeptical of Kyo’s lack of worry.  “She has been working late everyday this week, hasn’t she?”

She could understand how Kyo felt, the desire to get away from everyone for a spell. It was why she was here too, looking out across the waves towards the horizon line. Subconsciously she went to rub her left wrist where she had her brother’s symbol tattooed there. “If you continue down the beach, you’ll find all kinds of spots where you can hide away from the world. Just be mindful of the high tide rising in a few minutes.”

Soon enough, she let go and looked at everyone else. “Got a problem?” she growled. She would apologize to Kyo in a moment, understanding that he may not have appreciated or even liked what she just initiated. Once everyone dispersed she turned to the orange haired boy. 

“I am sorry for that Kyo. I’ve had a little trouble with getting certain boys to leave me alone.” Even after she beat the shit out of them, they just didn’t get the hint that she wasn’t interested or that she was off-limits. This is why I don’t want to leave the house anymore...

The Ox had been sitting in the living area of his older cousin’s house, reading peacefully, that is, until he heard someone angrily stalk into the home. He looked up from his book to see his other, ever hot-headed cousin stomp into the room, a hand clutching their cheek.
