Do you ever read a fanfic or see fanart and you’re all like “these characters are all fictional and you’re entitled to your feelings and interpretations of them”, but at the same time you’re just like “Oh my god, this is the shittiest take on X character that I’ve seen and I’m almost offended by how wrong your portrayal is. Either you’re projecting big time or you’ve misunderstood them entirely.”
rin can be pretty harsh when she talks. she has no problem saying things that are hurtful but, she won’t say things to protect herself either.

It was silly perhaps, to be afraid even when Akito wasn’t there. He tried to be strong, but somedays it was so difficult. He struggled with the paranoia that Akito was around every single corner, especially after he had showed up at their school—
“I don’t want to be unable to see you,” he whispered, tilting his head into the touch. “I don’t want to be unable to be around my friends. I don’t want to lose everything I’ve made for myself because of Akito.”
Logically, Hatsuharu knew that it’d be nearly impossible to directly oppose Akito’s will, but if it came down to it, he’d try his hardest. He loved Yuki more than he could describe and he was willing to do whatever he could to help him, even if it was in a small way—like the visits he’d made to the little dark room years ago.
Haru held him closer. “I know I can’t do much—especially if it goes against what Akito—but I promise I’ll always do what I can to help you. I’ll always find a way to come see you...I love you, and I’ll always be there for you.”
