Kagura was recovering from her wounds as she traveled across this continent for a job that had been given to her: to find rare materials for a spell. She happened across the water city, heavily wounded from a fight, and took refuge for nearly two weeks. She had learned about the strange quirks of the town flooding at night as the locals turned into marine wildlife. However, she never expected to meet the so-called Water God they worshipped.

The ravenette tied the bandage around her waist after changing it out for something fresh. Her wounds were healing nicely, and the human was almost fully recovered. Blinking at the greeting, she only nodded before speaking in a calm monotone voice. "I am merely traveling through. I didn't mean to overstay my welcome if that's an issue." She was in no condition to fight magical beings, especially dragons.

"No, you haven't overstayed your welcome." The blue-haired man shook his head, hoping that he was convincing her that he truly did mean what he was saying - his social skills weren't the best, so he wasn't always sure. While visitors weren't usually welcomed too long, partially for their own safety of becoming like the locals. He was relatively certain that she wasn't close to that timeframe just yet. The only thing that would really change his mind would be if she were to try and kill him, but Mercphobia didn't sense any animosity from her.

"Are your wounds recovering well? I hope that the conditions of our city hasn't impeded on your ability to recover." While it was normal to him and the residents, he was well-aware that it was odd to those that didn't reside here.

"I am, now let's get going." Shisui said.

This was a B ranked mission. Lady Tsunade had tasked Shisui and team 10 with Espionage. Specifically, they were tasked with Espionage for the Key Country. Since the Earth Country has been keeping tabs on the Stone Country, Tsunade wanted to invest some time into the Key Country to see what t hey are about.

Of course, there would oppositions, but it was nothing the Uchiha couldn't handle. Currently, they were traveling through the Stone Country's forests.

"According to the map, we'll reach the boarder gates by morning." He told Ino. "So, we could make camp here and rest up or we can keep going and make camp tonight."

Ino smile softly, feeling some relief at the other's demeanor. She nodded thoughtfully as she considered the options he gave. There were pros and cons to both options. While it seemed likely to her that stopping here to rest would make their trip a bit longer, it seemed worth it. After all, if his leg were injured than that'd likely slow their travel time anyways. If they were to rest sooner though, she hoped that would also help prevent aggravating Shisui's injury.

"I think making camp here is the best option." Of course, she knew the choice was ultimately up to Shisui as the Captain of this mission. "It seems like a safe option, doesn't it?"

Ranfan Headcanon

Ranfan has no regrets about giving up on martial arts. She enjoys living a safer life and getting pampered.

At the same time, she doesn't regret her martial arts experiences and did enjoy meeting fellow martial artists at the Tournament she took part in.

Sir Quagsire Headcanon

Sir Quagsire's nature is Relaxed. Therefore, while he isn't close to being the fastest Pokemon, he does tend to have good Defense and is generally a sturdy Pokemon overall.

In nature, he has generally taken a step back from getting involved in dungeons and action himself, leaving it to the younger generations of Pokemon who are still in their prime. If needed though, he will step up and get involved in situations. He is still fearsome enough that he is able to get many young troublemaking Pokemon to change their behavior, at least when he is near.

Clarice Headcanon

Clarice was named after the character from the Silence of The Lambs. This was something suggested by her biological father when he learned that her mother was pregnant with her. The other name suggestions were also from various horror movies.

Mira Headcanon

Mira can be overprotective of those she cares about, especially the other members of Huntrix. This leads to her being encouraged not to read online comments in case there are any hateful ones. She can be very fierce when it comes to criticism of Bobby, since he isn't a fighter like they are.

Jade Headcanon

Jade is the most like Diane in the Smith family. This isn't anything she does intentionally and she isn't quite sure how all her grandpa Rick means when he makes comments about her being like Diane. She mostly assumes it is because of her looks, but personality also plays a role.

A part of her feels like Rick doesn't like spending time with her as much as her siblings because she is a reminder of Diane and he doesn't want the added pain.

Jinah Headcanon

Jinah isn't that impressed by hunters. While she respects them for constantly putting their lives on the line, having hunters in her family helps her to not be as instantly impressed as many of her peers.

With her father having been a hunter early on before the ranking system even existed and having been presumed dead and her brother's constant injuries as an E-Rank, her first thought when she hears that someone has awakened as a hunter is concern since she knows it's not as glorious as some try to make it seem.
