When  did  that  happen  Nick  wondered  as  he  looked  at  the  other  girl,  an  eyebrow  raising.  "I  don't  think  you  know  what  you're  saying."  He  said  simply,  there  was  nothing  left  for  her,  was  there?  Prudence  now  had  Roz.  Would  there  be  room  for  both  her  and  Agatha  in  her  life?  Guess  they  were  going  to  find  out  sooner  or  later.  "Why  don't  you  sit  down  and  think  about  what  you're  saying."  He  offered,  motioning  to  a  chair  behind  her.  "You  don't  want  me  not  willing  to  help  you  should  you  ever  need  it."

“Sure, I’ll grow back,” she replied curtly. “But in the same spot. Stuck.” Delicate fingers curled into fists on her lap. A red rose rising from the cracks of a sidewalk wasn’t beautiful, or inspiring. It was tragic. Roz exhaled angrily, refusing to shed any more tears. She was tired of crying, tired of feeling helpless with every single person around her. “What do you want, Caliban?” she sniffled. “Don’t you have a wife to attend to?”

This  probably  looked  back  to  any  outsider  who  happened  upon  Nick  knelt  down  next  to  Melvin,  with  the  other  boy  unconscious.  Hearing  someone  enter  the  room  Nick  quickly  raised  to  his  feet  to  turn  towards  who  had  just  entered.  Without  hesitation  he  opened  his  mouth  to  speak.  "He  was  unconscious  when  I  found  him."
