hey guys! i’m linny and i’m super excited to be here and write with all of you guys. i haven’t been apart of a tvd verse group in a while, so i might be a little rusty but i’ll get into the swing of things pretty soon. if you’d be interested in plotting with one or both of my muses after reading through this intro, just like this post and i’ll reach out to you. i also have a discord if you prefer to do things that way. now, onto the guys!
JOSIAH
josiah is a dragon that was created about two thousand years ago. he’s not really sure how many years exactly, but it’s somewhere around there. he didn’t bother counting after the first few hundred. it got boring for him.
he spent the vast majority of his existence hidden away up in a mountain somewhere, only having contact with the human world when people were stupid enough to stumble across him.
slowly but surely, after a while he began to notice that the humans that stumbled across him were starting to change and wore stranger and stranger garments.
eventually his curiosity began to get the best of him, and before eating the humans that came across his hideout, he would ask them questions about the outside world to sate his curiosity.
that stopped being good enough after a few hundred years, and he decided to venture out into the world on his own.
it took him a while to adjust to the human world, and he’s still adjusting to this day. he finds that humans are really fascinating creatures, and so are other supernatural creatures. he revels in meeting humans and talking to them, studying them and learning new things about them. but what he likes even more than that is doing that with other supernatural beings.
he heard through the grapevine that mystic falls was the hotspot of supernatural activity, so he decided to make his way there. after catching wind of everything that’s going on, he’s actually interested in helping to put a stop to it
he has a dark and dry sense of humor, and doesn’t really have any regard for human life. he doesn’t go out of his way to hurt them, but he sees them as a means of entertainment more than anything else.

MALCOLM
he found his way to mystic falls around 1859/60, a little while before emily and katherine, and worked as a servant. he was a witch, but a siphoner because he couldn’t use magic without pulling energy from something else. usually he used nature or another living thing.
it was difficult to pin him down as a witch because he was male and because he was a siphoner, so he was able to slide under the radar for quite some time
he ended up being turned by lily salvatore when the other heretics found him when they went to mystic falls and they decided to bring him to lily
he actually met emily before, being first cousins, but they ended up being split apart a lot due to different circumstances
he lived out his existence knowing about the rest of the bennetts as they grew throughout the generations, but never reached out to any of them. partly because he didn’t want to put them in danger of his new “family” and partly because he didn’t want them to shun him for his vampire side.
now with everything happening, he’s decided to come out of hiding and find his remaining family.

since the fight with the necromancer and the spell that lizzie did to save her sister, things have been off for her though she puts on a good front for everyone else. ever since then she has been haunted by many dead gemini ancestors and relatives. she has been trying to drown it all out with school work, comic books and training - lots and lots of training and she would like to think she’s pretty good at it. however, some nights its too much for her to handle and she sneaks off to the old abandon building she and josie found many years ago and lets all of her emotions out there.

- Kane has always been good at magic. He used to use it to make people happy ever since he was little.
- Despite being 6 years older than his sister, Kane is very close to Sage. He doesn’t blame her for losing control of her magic. He blames his parents for not helping her sooner.

Ashton is the older brother of Juliette. Reading her intro would be super helpful to know him too.
Ashton has always been social. He had many friends in school back when they lived in California. He comes from a family who had money, but he’s never been on to flaunt that. He’ll occasionally use it it impress a women, but only if his tier ways of charming her don’t work first. He’s recently come to Mystic Falls to see his sister. He’s renting a small house and has no idea of how long he’s planning on staying.
History: He’s had a temper since he was child. Beating up kids in the playground since elementary school. When he was 15 Juliette told him something that would change his life, and everyone else’s. Their uncle had been abusing her. He snapped. He was very protective of his sister as the two were very close. He was only 15, but he was strong and smart. He convinced his uncle to go on a late evening boat ride, and to bring alcohol. His uncle used to supply him and his other underage friends with drinks often. His plan was to get his uncle drunk. After he was drunk enough that he wasn’t so steady on his feet Ash knocked him out with 50lbs weight. While he was out Ashton tired two weights around his ankles and shoved him into the ocean. They where far enough out and it being so late in the day no one was around for miles. The police came looking once their uncle became a missing person. Ashton spun the tale. He told police him and his uncle had been out, not on the boat as that would draw attention to the waters, but out in the woods. He did tell them his uncle had brought alcohol and insisted on Ashton drinking with him. He was a good lying, telling the police he didn’t want too but felt pressured by his uncle. They told them his uncle had gotten drunk and Ashton felt uncomfortable so he left. His uncle was known as someone who could drink a bit too much, so the cops weren’t surprised. To this day he hasn’t been found and no one besides Alice knows what Ashton has done.
When Ashton’s mother died, murdered by her affair but written off as a break in, he changed. He grew distinct from his friends and loved one. Juliette was the only person he’d talk too for months. His sister told him the truth and he blamed his mother for her own death for awhile. He was mad she had cheated on their father and brought that man home, giving him the opportunity to do what he did. Ashton eventually stopped blaming his mother, he feels guilty for ever blaming her. After he turned into a vampire he was able to find out who killed his mother and he killed him. Throwing him into the ocean with the uncle.
After high school Ashton skipped college. He has no desire to go. He traveled a bit, partied. He worked for a local mechanic as something to do to keep himself busy.
A few years late he got mixed in with a bad crowd thanks to an old friend from high school. A new party every night, drugs and alcohol daily. He was good at keeping that life hidden though. One night he was out with that old friend from high school. Ashton didn’t know that this friend had plans to meet up with someone who owed him money. The people Ashton were mixed in with sold drugs to local neighborhoods. Ashton was aware, but didn’t know just how serious their business was. Things took a turn for the worst. The guy they met up with had a knife, but so did Ashton. It all happened so fast and Ashton was left standing with his knife inside the man’s chest. He never wanted that happen. Never saw this situation escalating to that. He panicked, got rid of the knife and the clothes he had been wearing. He told one person, his sister. She was able to save him, covering for him and making it look as though the only person involved was the old friend from high school. He didn’t want his sister involved in his mess of a life anymore and distanced himself from her.
A little over a year ago Ashton had been partying on the beach when he ran into a girl, Alice. They hit it off and he took her back to his apartment. While there he discovered what she was, a vampire. He had always had an open mind about the supernatural and other worldly things so he wasn’t too surprised, a bit shocked of course, but he told her it was fine. In the morning, after hatching the plan all night, he asked her to turn him. He told her of his uncle and what he did when he was 15. Told her it still haunted him and he feared of being caught. He wanted to make sure he could keep himself save. She agreed to turn him.
He don’t regret his decision to turn. He feels powerful, unafraid of anything. He has control, but enjoys feeding. He’s only killed a few on accident in his early stages. Now he only feeds, gives the person enough of his blood to heal their bite wound, then compels them to forget it all. It’s become a sport to him.
Now Ashton has moved to Mystic Falls for the time being. He missed his sister and finally decided she could be save around him again.

It’s hard to determine when and how Kitsune was born but Kyoshi was born in the 1930s. Kyoshi was born to the sect of Earth Kitsune. These kitsune were loyal guardians for whoever would pay them. There were no rules except for one-do not kill unless necessary
As tensions in Siam were rising up, more and more people needed the Kitsune. Offerings in Phuket would go as high as one’s life savings. But some men refused to give the offerings. Kyoshi pointed this out but was ignored. Kyoshi was especially suspicious of the leader, Chin.
Chin was a megalomaniac in Kyoshis eyes, someone who often took adavantage of the villiagers and the kitsune.
It all came to a head when their leader was supposed to come to meet the other village leader. Kyoshi came with already distrust in his heart. He was loyal to his clan but he didn’t trust the humans. Finally, a strong voice urged him to kill Chin. He watched with cold eyes the man lost his clothes as he fall to his death The last thing he remembers was sound of anguish by his mother.
Kyoshi said he had no remorse for killing such an unjut man. The council mentioned something about him being a half breed. Kyoshi took out his fans to kill the Head. His mother stopped and pleaded for him to stop.
Kyoshi set out to travel and learn amoung the other kitsune. The, like him, were mistrustful of humans unless they gave them the proper offerings. StilllThey taunted him as he tried to blend in once more. It wasn’t until ano ther altercation that banished him for good.
It was one night of meditation when he learned the truth. Why he couldn’t fit in as well. Kyoshi thought it was Hakka, the one regenade Void kitsune who spurred choas. He saw the image of the Void Kitsune and felt a connection. The kitsune grabbed Kyoshi’s hand, muttering the word father.
He want back to his former clan, they were reluctant to let him return alive. Unless they brought the head of Hakka, he couldn’t return. Kyoshi vowed to bring his head back.
The realm of humans, was the only place to find him. So he went to New Orleans, disguised as a fox. He watched his future friend Zuko from a distance. Taking the occasional scraps the dragon might have thre at him. His more animal instincts folowed for food. When he the tragedy, that he turned human.
He wasn’t surehow they remet, Kyoshi just remembered pulling the fan against the other’s neck. But giving him mercy. Somehow staying by the other’s side.
Now he’s a personal assistant, something about the judge was catartic. So was teaching civics to those who have lost their path. If it meant one more person on the right path was it

The year was 1929 and Emily Lymen a 21 year old thought she was happily married to her husband. He was loving and doted on her, but he was obsessed with magic. Dick Osborn was part of an old crime family in New York City, and as he got older he became obsessed with the idea of living forever. As his obsession grew Emily, who was hiding who she is, grew more and more uneasy. She knew she should leave, but there was a snag, she was pregnant and Dick was waiting on her hand and foot. So she stayed. That was until her son was born, she was sure that Dick would find out about her life, and so, she left, left the passenger she was in and faked her death.
Dick’s obsession only grew after her “death”. He used his connections to find magic items, and it became his new business. All of the love he had felt for Emily transformed into disdain towards their son. Alton grew up knowing he was a reminder of his dead mother, he went out of his way to try and make up for it. Make up for having her eyes, for not being the perfect son Dick wanted. Alton was 14 when his whole life changed for the worse, see he had inherited his fathers obsession with magic and living forever, and when he was 14 his father finally got what he wanted. Dick as a vampire was worse than any of the abuse Alton had received before. His father held it above his head for 10 years, finally turning him when he was 24.
For another 15 years Alton stayed under his father’s thumb, working for the business buying, collecting and finding all the magical items he could. Another constant failing in the eyes of his father was his habit of bringing men and women alike into his bed, but the worse sin was to fall in love with one of those men. Paul had been so kind, his life the polar opposite of Alton, but he loved him anyway. Alton trusted Paul with his secrets, and that trust was betrayed ten fold. In the end he was left watching Paul and Dick try to kill each other, and he finally stepped in.
Killing his father broke something inside of him, the only reason he was even able to get the upper hand is because Dick was sure the years of abuse and conditioning would keep Alton under his thumb. Alton left Paul there bleeding in the dirt, any affection he had towards him twisted into a deep hatred. And then he left New York. The Osborn business didn’t need him to stay put, and he needed to see the world he had so long obsessed with staying in forever. Only a year after leaving home and being the hand that killed his father, he was approached by a woman, it was his mother. Through a series of conversations and a wave of cold anger ended with Alton having the knowledge that he had killed both of his parents.
For years he went from place to place, country to country. Collecting whatever bits of magic he could. It was only natural he would find himself in the French Quarter. There is where he found his salvation. Maria. Meeting the woman who would become his wife as she sang in a dimly lit room. When he realized she was a werewolf, he began the research to how to properly turn her, all while keeping her true nature a secret from her.
Finally he had a whisper of Hope Mikaelson, and sent Maria ahead to Mystic Falls. He is hopeful that she is their answer.
