I talked about writing a DOS2 fic for a little bit, and I finally decided to get started on it. Here is the first chapter of “To Err is Divine,” starring my Godwoken OC Rahimus. My goal for now is to write at least all of the events of Act 1, but depending on popularity I’d love to expand into the entire rest of the game.
Reblogs and comments are greatly appreciated!
Summary: Just as there are The Seven, there were seven Godwoken as well, their fates no less intertwined than those of the gods themselves. This is the tale of that seventh - the lizard Rahimus, displaced so far from home and with no allies of which to speak - as he awakens aboard a ship on frightful waters, and embarks on a journey in search of destiny and absolution. But first, he must escape the bane of all Sourcerers, and he cannot do it alone...
I've been trying to draw more elven/alien types lately, learning how to work with glow!
Lyra
An alien who lives floating in the void of space, she works at a library on one of the terraformed moon of Jupiter, Elera.
Apochyr Umbraphene (Pre-Collaring)
A Godwoken who survived the Death Fog genocide of her people. An elementalist who was collared and sent to Fort Joy, she escaped with a group of sourceres and now searches for elven survivors.
