Well after a bunch of people approached me over the last few weeks wondering what happened to the cocktail posts....I’ve buckled to the peer pressure. This is a modified version of a drink called “Saturday Night” 1oz Gin, 1/2oz White Vermouth, 1/2 oz Campari and 3/4oz Amaro. I lightens up with a touch of lemon juice and an ounce of sparkling mineral water...cause I’m drinking it a little early.
