Not much to look at but Saturday's tipple is actually Perrier Sparkling Mineral with a 2 inch Averna Amaro ice globe! Averna Amaro is a Sicilian Amaro that starts with a neutral grain spirit which is infused with herbs, roots and citrus rinds plus a touch of caramel at the end.
