Megaurora - The Galanthus Pokemon

Special Ability: Frostbite Megaurora’s body temperature usually hovers around -48.3°C. This cold temperature, combined with its large body, can cause small environmental changes in its immediate vicinity. Direct contact with its skin can cause near instantaneous cold burns to attacking Pokemon.

Megaurora is the mature form of a fossil splice between a Meganium and a Aurorus. Though smaller than is’s prehistoric ancestor, it’s capacity for photosynthesis allows it to thrive ice covered landscapes where few plants or animals can survive.

Apataura - Snowdrop Pokemon

Apataura usually evolves from a Chikorora after several years of life. Increasing its caloric intake dramatically, it rapidly gains weight and can double its size in only a single year, though its growth rate tends to slow after this initial post-evolution period. Unlike Chikorora, Apataura is capable of photosynthesizing nearly 40% of its daily energy requirement. Unfortunately, the remaining energy must be consumed through foliage. Apataura often travel in small herds or ‘patches’ -ranging from five to twelve Pokemon- to travel large distances to remain in climates warm enough for vegetation to grow.
