not to sound “"galaxy brained”“ over here but they do that bc those same companies that make the sugary normal food also make diet pills and then they also make soap that they advertise as body positive. its a big circle of stupidity and the only escape is to make your own food which is hard for a lot of people to do especially in food deserts
