Julius loves human affection so much that being kenneled is starting to take a huge toll on him mentally. This sweet soul needs a hero to step up and help him now! Volunteers love Julius, who is obsessed with tennis balls, belly rubs, and humans in general. They are very concerned about his mental state, which is declining with the length of his shelter stay. Julius has begun gnawing on the bars of his kennel out of anxiety and needs a loving home where he can be his true self now. One volunteer noted that the last time they visited Julius, they then cried in their car because of how sad he is right now.
