Hey :) I was watching your gif tutorial, every time i try to import frames to layers it wont let me bc it says i have the 64 bit version for a 32 bit computer, do you know how i can fix this? :-/

You have to use a 32-bit version to make gifs. Stupid, I know. But that's how it works. :/
