Lost at Sea
(SNEAK PEEK)
What was supposed to be a fun day at the beach, turns into Julieta and Agustín Madrigal's worst nightmare.

"As a Parent, what was a scenario that still terrifies you to this day?"
Losing a small child on the beach.
This happened to Agustín and Julieta Madrigal years ago, and to this day, it still shakes them to their core.

July, 1996
Little Mirabel Madrigal loves the beach. She loves the sand between her toes, the warm sun on her back, the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. The salty smell of the ocean air.
But what Mirabel loves most about the beach is going with her family.
Her papá was the first person to take her into the water. Her older sisters, Isabela and Luisa, and her prima, Dolores, taught her how to jump waves. (Mamá or papá had to hold her because she's 'too little'.)
Her primo Camilo is always entertaining. He tortured the poor seagulls one too many times; they finally got back at him. Just as he was about to take a bite of his sandwich, one swooped down and snatched it from him. He ran after the bird screaming and crying.
Mirabel felt kind of bad for laughing.
But there's one thing little Mirabel loves to do more than anything at the beach. Collecting seashells with her mamá. Mirabel loves when her mamá holds her hand, as they walk along the wet sand to find the shells. They have so many different shapes and colors! There's round ones, flat ones, spiky ones, pointy ones, flat ones! The ones that spiral are her favorites! If you press it to your ear, you can hear the ocean! Mirabel also loves looking for sand dollars! They're so pretty, but so hard to find!
So yes, Mirabel Madrigal loves the beach and collecting seashells with her mamá. But there was one problem: when Mirabel became interested in something, she became as quiet as a mouse. If someone turned their back on her, she could easily walk away without anyone knowing. She didn't mean to do it!
But that's exactly what happened one sunny summer day in July of 1996.
Phil Coulson's other car spotted in the wild
He would never let stickers touch L.O.L.A., of course, but on his S.H.I.E.L.D. SUV? That's where he likes to show off how proud he is of his big adopted family.

SAN DIEGO | San Diego diocese adds 8 priests to list of predators
SAN DIEGO— The Roman Catholic Diocese of San Diego has added eight priests to its list of those believed to have molested children.
The San Diego Union-Tribune reports that Bishop Robert McElroy’s move responds to recent events including a Pennsylvania grand jury report that found children had been molested by priests there and the resignation of Cardinal Theodore McCarrick, who was accused of assaulting altar boys, seminarians and priests.
The names were released in piecemeal fashion with critical details missing. They are the Revs. Jose Chavarin, Raymond Etienne, J. Patrick Foley, Michael French, Richard Houck, George Lally and Paolino Montagna, plus Monsignor Mark Medaer.
In 2007, the diocese settled 144 claims of child sexual abuse by 48 priests and one lay employee.

Breaking news: Over 100 lost but found children re-united with families in Delta
No fewer than 100 lost but found children have been re-united with their families in the last one year by the Delta State Government.
Commissioner for Women Affairs, Community and Social Development in the state, Mrs. Omatsola Williams made this known at a ministerial briefing in Asaba.
She said a total of 693 applications were received out of which 136 children were released from the different approved orphanages to prospective adoptive parents while the remaining applications were at various stages of the adoption process.
Mrs. Williams said educational support was given to 300 orphans and vulnerable children, adding that 14 out of 21 Persons With Disabilities (PWDs) of the state origin have secured the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) scholarships in higher institutions.
According to her, while the process is on for another 30 slots, Agip Oil Exploration Nigeria Limited gave mobility aids and other materials for them and registered charity homes in the state last year.
She also disclosed that the number of government approved orphanages had increased from 27 to 32, and that applications for more prospective orphanages were at different stages of processing for approval.
She also revealed that the Ministry received 35 applications from families with multiple births, out of which 18 families have benefited while the remaining 17 applications already processed are expected to benefit this year.
Speaking alongside her colleague in the Directorate of Science and Technology, Bright Edejewaro, Mrs. Williams said, “the ministry supports women living with HIV/AIDS with life support equipments and items. A total of over 300 have benefited from this scheme.”
She said from 2015 till date, over 1,290 elderly persons have visited the re-creational centre for the elderly indoor games, interactions and reading of newspapers in order to be physically fit, psychologically balanced and up to date with prevailing trends.
The commissioner disclosed that five approved old people’s homes in the state, established by the Catholic Mission at Agbor, Umunede, Asaba and Warri, and the Word of Life Bible Church at Warri.
