the following is a quote from SCP-063 after being politely asked to introduce itself in an interview with dr. [REDACTED]:

“Alright, I Intoude myself I guess.

My name is Storm, I been able to do shit like that since I was four. I am 16 years old now. And I don't want to be some kind of monkey for some circus. Nothing much else. Just didn't like how gloomy it looked around here....”

The SCP added more details in a message following up said interview with dr. [REDACTED] containing the following text:

“Fuck it. Here shit I can do that might not be safe but oh well

I can change one from or building from

When I do something like change a human to a clown, a gielt lizard or something like that it effect me for about 5 seconds

I have been able to provide poisonous flowers once

I can kinda teleport not very well though

I can't really get injured by being attacked or falling but if I do one thing it can hurt me

I can be killed though

Here I don't know I thought I share this. I am pretty week though. Bye bye”

INCIDENT REPORT:

Anomaly In Question: SCP-999

Description of Event: Junior Researcher Retsae brought VHS recordings of a now-defunct puppet show titled 'Welcome Home' into SCP-999's containment unit for the purpose of enrichment. The anomaly watched multiple episodes of the show before entering a state of dormancy, seemingly brought on by the exposure to external televised media. After a span of three hours, the anomaly became active once more, and began to shift its shape into a form resembling a primary character of the 'Welcome Home' television program, Wally Darling. No change in behavior has been recorded as of yet, despite the drastic changes in appearance undergone by the anomaly.

ANOMALY LOG

DESCRIPTION:

Upon careful consideration and consultation with the Overseer Council, the SCP Foundation has decided to classify the phenomena in which entities both anomalous and non-anomalous are spontaneously transformed into beings resembling characters from the television program Welcome Home. This phenomena, now classified as SCP-████, has affected two of the Foundation’s most prominent anomalous entities, those being SCP-999 and SCP-682, transforming them into entities resembling the characters Wally Darling and Barnaby B. Beagle respectively, as well as one member of D-Class personnel, in an event described below.

EVENT DESCRIPTION:

D-████, upon a daily check-in, was found to have been affected by SCP-████, having been transformed into an anthropomorphic avian, described as having blue feathers and a yellow beak. The character the D-Class was transformed into was determined to be Sunny Songbird, a character scrapped from the television program and replaced with the character of Eddie Dear. Tests have been scheduled, although they have not been carried out yet.

The anomaly classified as SCP-682 was asked about its mother by Guest Researcher ███████. The anomaly began to answer the researcher’s question, before becoming silent. The lights in the containment cell went out for approximately thirty seconds, after which they were reactivated. Guest Researcher ███████ has still not been located.

██/██/████: Anomalies (specifically SCP-999 and SCP-682) begin interacting and conversing with empty air. All scanners have picked up no presence of any kind during these interactions.

██/██/████: Clanging in the walls, objects being disturbed when Foundation personnel engage in arguments.

██/██/████: Part of Junior Researcher ███’s lunch, specifically a bowl of fresh strawberries, disappearing before ███’s eyes.

Researcher ████████- I must ask, has anyone else noticed the sudden increase in door malfunctions?

Researcher █████- Who hasn't? I watched a door shut when someone's hands were too full to press the buttons. It simply should not do that, we do not have sensors to close them 

Researcher ██████- Mhm. The engineers have been trying to sort the problem out, because they already ran the recontainment protocol for 079 to try to fix the problems, but it seems that it wasn't it.
