Sneak Peek into Chapter one: The Ruins

When Frisk woke up again the goat lady was still carrying them throughout the ruins. Frisk pulled at her dressed causing her to look down at them. “Oh! Frisk my grandchild you’re awake once again. How was your nap.” Toriel said kindly as she set Frisk down. When she did not receive and answer she just assumed Frisk was not ready to talk, probably scared of the new environment. “I do not believe we’ve had a proper introduction. My name is Toriel caretaker of the ruins and I am your grandmother Frisk.”. She smiled. Frisk held her hand and looked up at the taller women in confusion.

‘Grandmother? But Father Gabriel said I was left at the alter after my parents died, according to the note. And I had no family…’ Frisk thought. Seeing Frisk on deep thought Toriel gently pat their head and smiled.

“Do not fret my grandchild. I do not know what you where told on the surface but I can assure you that you are safe with me.” Once Toriel finished talking she let go of Frisk’s hand. “Now if you excuse me I have a quick errand to run, and sadly I have to leave you alone for a while. If you do not leave this room everything will be fine OK?”

Frisk was confused. Why was she leaving? What did she have to do? Where was she going. By the time Frisk can to their senses though, Toriel was gone only evidence of her presence was a nicely polished and pretty new looking phone. Frisk picked it up and looked at it closely. “WoWsErS…” Frisk said. Their voice was raspy due to the lack of use and them being a selective mute.

Foundlingtale Update

Ok guys so here’s the deal

I have actually lost a lot of the impetus to draw the comic myself.

Like all the ideas are here, but I just can’t bring myself to draw them out. 

SO! I am making a proposal!

If any of you guys want to take part in making the comic instead, or wish to become a mod of this blog, please, shoot me a message and we can discuss the whole process and ideas and stuff.

I will still be answering asks, but I can’t focus too much on this blog right now, and I don’t want to leave everyone hanging completely without putting something in place.

Foundlingtale AU Announcement

Ok guys, I have a quick announcement about the au.

I’ve made a decision, and it’s something that will basically rework a big chunk of the established story for the au; but, it will offer a good explanation to how Frisk exists in the first place, and it gives me a chance to establish how much time may have actually passed since the death of Chara and Asriel, and the day that Frisk returns to the underground.

However, with this change, it means that Asriel at least will not know who Frisk is, but Chara will since they were a part of Frisk the whole time. Asriel/Flowey would find out who and what Frisk is eventually though.

I suppose that’s it for the announcement? If you guys have any questions feel free to ask, and I can get to work on some more pages. Thanks. :3
