Winnie, a housekeeping staff from the newly opened @fourseasons Kuala Lumpur @fskualalumpur surprised me with this adorable towel elephant and an accompanying “resting man” in the other bed. All I did was leave a Thank-You note for keeping the room clean and a tip for the day. In my family, thanking the people behind the scene is a habit and a must; but when that gratitude is reciprocated in such grand gesture (she had to collect those flowers and leaves; and formed and shaped the elephant and the man from towels) it endears her and the brand she represents, the Four Seasons brand, to me. This ensures my return to the hotel.
