A very nice cake from a farm wedding last weekend. A lot goes on behind the scenes when the temperatures soar and we’re delivering to a tent outdoors. Timing is everything, the wedding cake must be setup as close to the reception time as possible. Transportation includes custom ice pack boxes and the flowers are sometimes arranged while the cake remains well air conditioned inside of the van. The final touches are made and professional photographs taken just before the guests arrive.
