Something one of the Fowler twins might wear at Skyreach. Fall 2016 Ready-To-Wear, Jenny Packham.

House Fowler is an old and powerful noble house from Skyreach in Dorne located at the base of the Prince’s Pass. Due to the location of their castle the current ruling lord carries the title “Warden of the Prince’s Pass”. Their sigil is a hooded blue hawk on a silver field and their words are “Let Me Soar”. The current Lord of Skyreach is Lord Franklyn Fowler also called “The Old Hawk”. His only children and heirs are twin girls named Jeyne and Jennelyn Fowler. Growing up they were close with both Arianne Martell and Nymeria Sand. When Nymeria found out about her father, Oberyn Martell’s, death she was abed with both of the Fowler twins. In her plea to Prince Doran Martell to avenge her father she uses their words asking him to “Let Me Soar”.

Could I get a list of FCs who could play the Fowler twins in ASOIAF? I'm thinking fraternal twins, maybe with time period gifs as well?

Sure.

They are described as having wispy yellow hair so FCs can be narrowed down to only blondes. Their race is not specified.

Here are some FCs with period gifs:

Freya Mavor - I tried to link you to posts including her period gifs. Most of her gifs are from Skins but she has also been in The White Queen. There is an endless amount of gifs of her, just search “freya mavor gifs” and you should have no problem.

Amanda Seyfried - I wouldn’t describe her hair as being very wispy, but she’s also been in some period stuff. Just search “amanda seyfried gifs” for more.

Mia Wasikowska - Her Alice in Wonderland gifs would work pretty well.

Elle Fanning - She was in the recent adaptation of Sleeping Beauty, so she has period gifs and her appearance is a perfect match for the twins.

Georgia Moffett - She was in an episode of Merlin so she might not have enough gifs.

Rebecca Ferguson - Her appearance is pretty Targaryen-esque but she could definitely work for either one or both of the twins.

Tamzin Merchant - She was originally cast to play Daenerys Targaryen. I wouldn’t really say her hair is yellow, more silver blonde.

Holliday Grainger - She tends to get cast as Myrcella more and her hair isn’t wispy, but it is more of a yellow blonde.

Gabriella Wilde - Her hair could be described as yellow and wispy. She also has many period gifs.

Celina Sinden - I would say that she perfectly fits the description. She also had many period gifs from Reign.

Tamsin Egerton - Her hair is more of a golden blonde.

Pehlin Karahan - She is a blonde in her show. I’m not sure how many gifs she has but I would encourage you to use her and be more diverse.

Georgia King - She was in an episode of Merlin so she might not have enough gifs.

Clemence Poesy - She has more silver-blonde hair but I would describe it as wispy.
