Some Tails from IDW Sonic #9!
Some Tails from the last episode of Sonic Mania Adventures!
Speaking of Tails, I didn't like his characterization in Forces.
After Sonic's gone, he's shown to be a weakling, which isn't good, he has done things on his own with his smarts, even beating Eggman with the tornado when the capsule with Sonic in it went kaputski! But instead he's shaking in fear when Chaos comes to finish him.
Of course, losing your best friend is really sad, but like the others he should've tried fighting back the madness that is the empire. They honestly could've made his personality with smarts, but capable of a little bit of combat, all the while maintaining the friendship, sorta like Boom!Tails.
Sonic's expressions are hilarious. One moment he's like "what chu talkin about" and then he's like "Null Space? Oh please, I can escape this in a flash!"

The new style looks pretty neat! Reminds me of the older wallpapers with the circle, yet the coloring is a bit comic like with the shading reminding me of the 2D renders for Sonic Riders.
Time to add “True Dat” to the list of things I wasn’t expecting sonic characters to say in a cut scene.
