During the third season of 'I Love Lucy', it was determined that Lucy needed to wear a fur—a modest fur— that would've been in the 'Ricardos' price range. Lucy's costume designer, Elois Jenssen brought her own Stone Martin fox stole from home for Lucy to wear on screen. This fox stole was part of the Dreier Collection auction held in 2013. The catalog estimate for this piece was $3,000-$5,000.
