That my freind is a gar. Back in Texas we have alligator gars. Which grow to be the size of a man... sometimes bigger.

Yeh, I know.  We googled it after he caught it because we had no clue what it was.  I’ve never seen one in the area before, the most we’ve ever caught there are pike, bass, sunfish, perch and SOMETIMES trout.

They’re apparently an invasive species in the area and some government officials told the campground owners NOT to release them if they were caught so he beheaded it and then threw the body into the yard of this guy that keeps causing problems in the area because the camp owner is kind of a drunk idiot lol
