Napier, LMSW (she/her), is the Behavioral Health Engagement Specialist at the East Harlem Neighborhood Health Action Center for DOHMH addressing health inequities and mental health with a racial justice lens. Arianne is a clinical social worker/therapist at Metropolitan Center for Mental Health. Her areas of clinical work address trauma, QTPOC communities, LGBTQ, women, sexuality, sexual health, anxiety, depression, and grief/loss. Arianne received her MSW from Smith College School for Social Work and has a Post-Master’s Certificate from NYU Zelda Foster Palliative Care and End of Life program.
