10x speed timelapse video of Druid token drawing process, a character from FPM "The Grove" set. Time: ca 3,5h

You've seen the video, where I'm sketching this guy among the other Druids, now it's time to show, how one of them was drawn. The pattern is pretty similar, except at one point I took a bit different aproach to draw his cape of leaves, which would be rather very time-consuming to outline the normal way. Hope you'll like it. :)

Sketching process for druid characters.

I don't usually sketch one character at a time, then proceed to drawing a token. I'm mostly brainstorming and spontanously sketching as much ideas as I have in mind, then after some discussion and fixes pick one, and start drawing. I also don't have one consistent way of sketching- it changes a lot! Right now I'm in my linear-orange phase as you can see from my recent posts - and I want to record at least few sketches done in this method- but for now I hope you will enjoy these older, more painterly concepts :)

Video recording of the FPM Elf King from my previous post, as promised.

From time to time you propably can catch a glimpse of drawing with FPM Elf Queen (I used her color palette for the king). Unfortunately my recording files with her are broken, so I can't do a timelapse (I blame the graphic card driver that decided to spontanously stop working for whatever reason during screencapturing). But at least the king's files were ok :O Hope you enjoy! If you have some questions about anything in this video or anything else, my ask is open :)

Btw. lol, everything seems drawn so effortlessly after speeding-up the video, but it's a lie! XD

Elf nobility from The Grove Pack for Flat Plastic Miniatures campaign.

Second row characters can be either nobles or spell casters. I'm preparing time-lapse video with drawing process of one of these characters, but it's still ca. 6 hours before the rendering ends :S

We're planning to make sets of playable 2D characters for rpg tabletop games in form of durable and easy to maintain plastic flat minis. And I happen to be their main artist :) We have a lot of our own ideas for characters and sets, but we also have limited slots open for User Requests, so people can make their own character become a part of official pack.

All miniatures have their respective front and back art, but for now I will be publishing only fronts here (mostly for economic purposes so I can show more characters per image). There will be also sketches, and more ;)
