This is from an artist friend of mine when she saw it on her facebook feed, we wanted to warn people NOT to work for ArcKnight.
You can see their CEO publicly posting on facebook (Nov 26th, 2014) that they completely disrespect their women artists.
He asserts women basically deserve to get paid less because they are less work oriented. Then goes on to say he would pay women less if he could.
In the same breathe he admits he hires women because THEY WORK TWICE AS HARD, translation being if they worked as hard as potential men he would have gladly paid them half as much.
DO NOT WORK FOR SCUM SUCH AS THIS. DO NOT BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. PROTECT OTHER ARTISTS, PROTECT WOMEN.

Em 2010, o autor do blog Tabris escreveu um texto sobre como fazer miniaturas 2-D, ou “flat”, para dar maior diversidade e personalizar mais seus jogos de RPG. Infelizmente as fotos que ele usou não estavam hospedadas no NTT, mas no ImageShack, e atualmente não se encontram mais lá.

10x speed timelapse video of Druid token drawing process, a character from FPM "The Grove" set. Time: ca 3,5h
You've seen the video, where I'm sketching this guy among the other Druids, now it's time to show, how one of them was drawn. The pattern is pretty similar, except at one point I took a bit different aproach to draw his cape of leaves, which would be rather very time-consuming to outline the normal way. Hope you'll like it. :)

Sketching process for druid characters.
I don't usually sketch one character at a time, then proceed to drawing a token. I'm mostly brainstorming and spontanously sketching as much ideas as I have in mind, then after some discussion and fixes pick one, and start drawing. I also don't have one consistent way of sketching- it changes a lot! Right now I'm in my linear-orange phase as you can see from my recent posts - and I want to record at least few sketches done in this method- but for now I hope you will enjoy these older, more painterly concepts :)
