@international_animal_rescue ・・・ We have successfully #rescued three more caged bears from unimaginable suffering. All of these #bears are severely damaged, suffering both mentally and physically. The first bear was found hidden away in a tiny cage in the corner of a dark building. In one place the floor of the metal cage had completely rusted through, leaving a sharp jagged hole. He has been rescued from this dark hell hole and rushed to our centre. The second rescue was of a 10 year old female bear. She had spent her entire life in captivity, with hardly any space to move around. Her teeth are so badly damaged that she barely has any left. She is currently being fed on soft food and chopped fruit and vegetables at our centre. Finally, our team came to the aid of a third bear being kept as an attraction in a restaurant. As the vet prepared to sedate her, she was pacing frantically around her small cage, desperate for the freedom and the life she deserves. Thankfully, she too is now safely in our care. It’s a huge relief to see three more bears removed from their lives of misery and neglect and safe with us.
