FR3, FR4, FR6 Transfer

We are currently upgrading FR3, FR4 and FR6. There will be IP changes on the primary IP however all other IP's will be unaffected. This upgrade will improve performance and network on the nodes. We expect there to be 1 - 2 hours of downtime, this maintenance was started at 5:30PM EST.
