So an incredibly dumb but hilarious thing happened at work today. On the way to go and warm up a pop tart I apparently put too much weight on my left foot and lost my balance. I figured I must have sprained it, but I went to the walk in clinic just to make sure. Turns out I BROKE MY FOOT. Amazingly this is the first time I’ve fractured anything. So Wednesday 8/28/19 I went home for my 15 minute break. And on my way back to work I went to get on my bike and as I pushed off with my left foot I heard a pop and immediate pain. Now, anyone who knows me knows that I am an idiot and I do not like to inconvenience anyone. So when I returned to work I had to unload a UPS truck so I did so without asking for help because: idiot. Anyways eventually I talked to my boss and left work and went to a doctor and Ta-da! I have a small fracture on my left foot. So now I get to wear a totally fashionable boot for however many weeks.
