So you know how with ORAS there was supposed to be that Eon Ticket thing that lets you get a bunch of cool things along with the Latis? Well, everyone expected a wifi distribution, when actually Nintendo is giving the Eon Ticket to only an extremely few select people, and others will only be able to get it through StreetPass with one of those lucky people. Meaning, you literally have to walk by someone with it.
And quite honestly, depending on where one lives, that's going to make it impossible to get it.

Ah, I should explain that.
In the game, there's a scene after you help Koujaku escape what Ryuuhou made him do in his route--There's a scene immediately after where Koujaku asks things like "Can I hold you" and "Can I kiss you", and Aoba says "Ii yo" which translates to "It's fine" in like, a mantra. It's creepy as Hell tbh, and if you fuck up there, you get his bad end and yeah. ;w;
