It was a delight that he gave in, and she couldn’t help but ruffle the hair a fair bit, enjoying the sensation. A small chuckle escaping, and a beaming smile coming to her lips.

The devil didn’t care if someone was male or female, he simply was a flirt, he was whom he was, so why wouldn’t he do that? Though when the other chose to use english he switched very easily. “Lucifer Morningstar. Why is it almost all of you mortals seem to prefer english to even your native tongues?” A light chuckle.

Reaching down he grabbed the glass of bourbon that was sitting there and swallowed the entire thing in one gulp. “Would you like a drink?”

A new member, huh. Number Nine, Demyx. The first member not from Radiant Garden, not involved with the apprentices. Axel couldn’t help but to be curious, so when he saw Demyx in the Grey Area he sauntered up to him. 

“Yo, new guy,” he said, grinning, “How’s the Nobody life treatin’ ya?” Insensitive maybe, but it wasn’t like he could feel bad enough to care. He barely remembered how it had been when he’d been a new Nobody.

“ last place i thought i’d find ya was the infirmary. “ he almost looks disappointed, arms folded across his chest and a frown on his face. it’s not like demyx to end up here, definitely not like him to get himself beat up so bad. but on the other hand, it’s not like axel to visit someone in the infirmary. he hates to say that he was worried -- because he’s not capable of truly feeling worried without a heart, but that’s all he can compare it to.

Demyx had been ignoring Myde’s warning, up until the pain got too bad and he dropped back on the ground again. “Shit,” he wheezes as his brain decides to tell him just how much everything hurts. 

“W-wha-?” He tries to ask before it all comes back to him. The large heartless sighting, going to check it out, finding a behemoth, and- “Fuck. . . that thing. . . it hit me. . . didn’t it?” Demyx’s memories of the fight are blurry but it definitely feels like he was ran over by 5 tons of heartless.

It was around 2am Demyx suddenly woke up in pure panic and cold sweat, more bad dreams it’s been getting worse and worse each night, the young nobody took deep long breath and put his head into arms. He didn’t know how much longer he could cope like this, bleary getting any sleep and having keep up beat and laid back during the day so none other nobodies would chach drift that something was up.

Sitting up on his bed in the cold dark room, he didn’t feel like truing on the lights, just sitting in there the blackness, staring into the long mirror that towered over his bed and looked half dead, lines under his eyes pale dead looking skin. Even he was surprised no one had noticed something wrong “........maybe they just don’t care......” he said in hushed in words to him self in the mirror.
