Fleyah and Fraka, lhotlan twins

A woman’s voice: “Yes, fly! Haha!”

Then a man’s: “You should fly!”

“And you should run!“

Then a third, aggressive one: “Gods dammit! Get them!”

Suddenly a huge and varied flock of rare birds rushed past Rakan. Then, the owner of the first voice, a Lhotlan woman in green burst forth with a wide smirk, stared at Rakan with a “What?!” and vanished behind him with a “Run!”

A mere second, and the second voice appeared in flesh, a Lhotlan man in violet flew past him with equal surprise, saying “Run-run-run!”

And then, the third voice began to draw near, accompanied by the rushing boots and blades of a dozen men trying to cut through the thick flora. “Get them! I’ll have their heads for this!”

Man: Yeah, they’re there, but please don’t kill them! This land had already seen enough bloodshed... Fleyah: “Wait, who said anything about killing people?” Fraka: “You’re grim, we’re just gonna prank them a little.” Fleyah: “Wait, are we?” Fraka: “Are we not??” Fleyah: “…good point. You’ll distract them, I’ll grow some roots.” Fraka: “Good!”

And a day latter, a very confused traveler found 3 bandits trapped between giant magical above-ground roots in the middle of the road, one of them upside down.

Ingame Kit: Fraka

Role: Melee Support

(P) Passive: Flame Dance/Twinly Competition

Flame Dance: Whenever Fraka deals damage with an ability, he Kindles his target. Kindled targets take a small % max health magic damage each second and heal all nearby allies for a portion of that damage. Each time Fraka Kindles an enemy, he heals all nearby allied champions (including himself) for a small amount per enemy kindled, and grants them flat bonus movement speed for 0.75 seconds. (Kindling minions grants reduced healing.)

Kindle deals more damage to Tagged! enemies.

Twinly Competition: Fleyah and Fraka gain bonus movement speed while near each other and some of their abilities interact with each other.

(Q): Sunfire Plumage

For the next few seconds, Fraka gains flat damage reduction based on his AP, and deals damage around himself each second, reapplying Kindle.

(W): Showoff

Fraka deals damage in a medium area around himself. Already Kindled enemies take bonus damage and are stunned briefly. Already Kindled enemies are additionally slowed by 20%.

(E): I’M COMING!!!

Fraka dashes to the target location, dealing damage to all enemies on his way, then releases a cone of flames towards the new target direction, dealing more damage. Already Kindled enemies loose some flat armor and magic resist.

®: Blinding Marvel!

For the next few seconds, Fraka gains bonus movement speed, Flame Dance heals 50% more, Kindle damage is doubled and all kindled enemies are blinded for 1.5 seconds, refreshing each time Fraka reapplies Kindle.

Brief Introduction

Fleyah, The Flute-Dancer is a female Vastayan (Lhotlan)

Fraka, The Flame-Dancer is a male Vastayan (Lhotlan)

The two are twins who travel together to explore Ionia

They often split up and go their own ways, in this case, they find each other by throwing a brightly blazing feather into the sky.

They travel, dance, perform in cities, harmlessly bicker for fun, free wild animals from poachers and traps, prank poachers and bandits, befriend spirits and just generally have fun

Residence: constantly travelling in Ionia

Goals/Motivations: - The joy of exploration - Unrivaled love for dancing and music - Helping people, spirits and animals - The twins will obviously stand up for each other - They will also obviously mess with each other

They are both straight

They are 67 years old, the equivalent of being roughly 21 years old

Fleyah

Fleyah is one of the musicians of the Lhotlan tribe, she can sing, but she finds more joy in playing her bone-flute. Of course, as any decent Lhotlan musician, she can dance while playing.

Fleyah knows healing magic and flora-based nature magic

Fraka

Fraka is a Flame-Dancer. This means he is one of the very few Lhotlans who’s magic can naturally create flames. He had learned and mastered this gift, and made it an astonishing part of his dance style. He can produce harmless fire.

He is among the tribe’s best dancers

It would be terribly hard for him not to dance for some good music. Luckily, he is not interested in stopping himself!

Lore-building

In short: A decade or so before Xayah left, Fleyah got lost and thus explored some wonderful parts of Ionia alone. She met friends (both animals, people and spirits) and witnessed marvelous wonders before finally finding her tribe again.

When Xayah left, she found an urge to see the world again, and thanks to her tales from her previous travel, Fraka was equally curious. Thus the two set out together, and since had failed to find their tribe again. It is not a problem however, the world had plenty to offer so far!
