OCtober Day 2: New OC
Frances June! A dieselpunk-era Voodoopunk revolutionary, she's a priestess fairly high in the ranks, and is all here for the rituals and spirits and spells, as well as the fight against New Albion's tyrannical government.
Also, she and Katy Shaw get to live happily ever after together.
She's been brewing in my head for a while, but I haven't actually gotten around to drawing her until now.
