The Truth About Isaiah's case / Courtney Love & Frances Bean/ Part I
I wanted to talk and show that the Isaiah Silva case was real, since Courtney Love and Frances Bean did a great job of distorting the story in the media and tarnishing his image.
What happened seems crazy, especially involving a Hollywood actor, but if you pay attention, you will see that it makes sense and there is all the evidence and records that it really happened.
People involvedRoss Butler: actor, close to Courtney Love and delivered drugs to Frances Bean
Sam Lutfi: Notorious for his abusive behavior, he was basically Courtney's henchman. Frances paid him to travel to other countries and bring drugs (heroin, pills, cocaine) for her and Courtney
Nazarian: Another henchman of Courtney and Frances. He had worked for them since 2009.
Yukthman: Third henchman Michael Schenk and John Hamilton: Frances' employees Isaiah Silva: Frances' ex-husband, they had been together since 2010.
Marc Gans: aware of the assassination plot, was Courtney's lawyer
Munsey: Isaiah's friend and witness to the assassination attempt
Robin Diaz: Isaiah's friend, former drummer for Courtney and Billy Corgan Six unnamed men: Hired by Frances to harass and assault Silva's family
Mary Silva: Isaiah's mother. Suffered an injury caused by one of Frances' men Summer Silva: Isaiah's sister
Courtney Love: You know who she is.
First, before I read the entire lawsuit (almost 400 pages!!) I thought: why would someone try to kill another person over a guitar?
Then I saw that like any item belonging to Kurt Cobain, this was valuable and the most expensive.
But Frances and Courtney weren't entirely concerned about the guitar. They were concerned because when Isaiah and Frances got married, they didn't have a prenuptial agreement. Therefore, he would be entitled to everything Frances had.
The original plan was to make it look like a suicide, starting with Frances, 9 months before the murder plot, (September 2015) telling people like her friend, Lindsay Way, that Isaiah was selling everything he had and that he was looking to buy a gun. (This is partially a lie)
• Isaiah wasn't selling anything • He and Frances considered getting a gun after a crazy Kurt fan broke into their house in 2012. Three years earlier.
She even told her friend that if Isaiah killed himself, she would bring him back and kill him, and joked that she wouldn't have to deal with the divorce and lawyers.
For someone who lost her father to "suicide" this is bizarre, and completely devoid of emotion.
You don't have to be smart to understand that Frances had been thinking about leaving for months and months, and had been planning everything.
And in the summary that I will put here, Frances left the house in February 2016, and had already bought another house in that period and moved in April. Really, pretty fast, right?!
Summary:
• Isaiah and Courtney's relationship was harmonious until he realized how harmful Lutfi and she were to Frances. He briefly called off their marriage because of her drug use and after an episode of domestic violence by Frances.
• Between 2013 and late 2015, Frances promised to stop having contact with Lutfi, but she continued to do so secretly. Lutfi would buy the drugs in other countries, and Ross Butler would discreetly deliver them to her.
• The marriage deteriorated due to her drug use (according to Isaiah)
• In September 2015, Frances tells a friend that she suspects Isaiah wants to kill himself and lies that he was looking for guns (although he had wanted to buy a gun three years earlier)
• February 2016: Frances abruptly leaves the house. In the letter she leaves for him, she doesn't explain where she is going, but that she loves him. She demands that one of her personal assistants not tell Isaiah where she is
• March 2016: She officially files for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.
• April 2016: Frances buys another house and begins the process of moving
