it's so big in person tho??? i read it in a pdf because i couldn't wait until i found a copy to read it, and oh my god, how did i ever read this book, it is SO BIG

hmmm the first copy i ever read was quite tall which gave the illusion of being skinny? but it was 600+ pages so i guess not. but i also quite suck with big books (see my failed attempts at reading asoiaf) so maybe i just warped the image of it in my mind out of desperaration

but yeah i know your feels, i read deathless in a pdf and it seemed to go on forever

forcing people to read the secret history is now a daily habit tbh. 5 down, many to go

yooooooo those numbers are looking great. should someone tell donna tartt she's got like, an informal cult following. a low key one, i wouldn't want her to be alarmed about IMPRESSIONABLE YOUNG PEOPLE being INFLUENCED BY CLASSICS and what they got up to in  CULT LIKE FASHION

at this point i'm pretty much on the verge of creating an official church for donna tartt bc seriously her works have changed my life drastically

SAME. Maths/physics might’ve been a pain in the ass tbh but I loved the whole problem-solving process.

sometimes i do maths for fun :( its weirdly soothing to me, and i also don't want to forget it
