I don't want to take away from what we're talking about tonight but I realize now that I never looked at your bio after I said that I would but now I see the Nikki enthusiast and DoD superfan and I????? 🥺🥺🥺💕💕💕 like I know this will probably sound so whiney but I've never had friends that hyped me up, I'm always kinda relegated to the background in the friend groups I have, sort of "seen but not heard" type, and usually when I would tell them about an accomplishment or a passion project or something I was met with indifference (if they cared at all) so the fact that I have y'all that hype me up and give props to my projects to the point where we literally made a whole tag??? Ah yes... That is one of the Gemini plights and functions. We're very attentive to details about other people that most people would not notice or care about, so often, we wind up giving out such things and not getting that energy back.
I have LITERALLY started trends within my groups only to have them ask me if I've heard of said thing that I introduced them to and loved when they were ignoring me. 🥴
And whenever I used to be excited about people and their things, they'd tell me that I was creepy or doing too much. I LOVE having a friendship group where I can get away with being a fan of my friends and have them not punish me for it.
