Cinderella (1933)

Very pre-Code take on Cinderella, unfortunately she barely shows up at all in it.

Tropical Fish (1933)

Farmer Al Falfa is so back! A series of fish jokes followed by a short segment where Al Falfa is fishing and after getting knocked out imagines himself underwater surrounded by mermaids.

Pirate Ship (1933)

This short is wild, a pirate ship has kidnapped the Terrytoons mouse girl. She belts operatically "Save me!" and the US military arrives, with live-action cut ins of boats and planes. The ship goes down and our mouse hero saves the day, but that's not all because this was really a story being read by two dog children.

Very weird, the kind of stuff that makes me love cartoons.

Romeo and Juliet (1933)

Terrytoons short with the mouse couple. Doesn't really follow the plot of Romeo and Juliet but it does have star-crossed lovers and the balcony scene.

Oh! Susanna (1933)

Oops all Indian gags! That is to say horrible dated, they even have time to throw in a "Mammy" joke for good measure.

A group of settlers including the mouse couple are moving out west when a tribe of Native Americans attack the wagons. It's a short concept that's been done several times before, though this is the only one I can recall that has them use their headdresses like wings.

Not well animated, but as you can expect from the title the music is great.

Who Killed Cock-Robin (1933)

A cat after failing to deal with the barnyard birds ingests a potion which turns him into a Hyde-esque beast.

I recently watched the 1931 Jekyll and Hyde so I can now recognize it as specifically parodying that depiction with the huge overbite.

Down on the Levee (1933)

Below average Terrytoons where a showboat comes to town and puts on a performance of Uncle Tom's Cabin. The mustache twirling villain is good as always.
