Sims 4 Builds - Porter House

Melody Ellison loves that she lives so close to her maternal grandparents, Frank and Geneva Porter. Having moved to Detroit from Alabama, Frank is an expert gardener and runs his own flower shop, while Geneva is a singer and renowned piano teacher. The family gathers at the Porter house after church to spend time together. No CC.

Meant for a 30x20 lot. Some pictures from Newcrest, some from Nordhaven.

Exterior based on illustrations from Melody's central series. Interior based on illustrations from No Ordinary Sound and whatever pictures I could find online from her journal.

Lot traits include Convival, Great Acoustics and Great Soil.

First floor includes Living Room/Foyer (with Geneva's upright piano), Dining Room, Kitchen and Bathroom. The Living Room also has a flower arranging table for Frank. Dining Room has a creativity desk to reference Geneva's art box.

Second floor includes the Master Bedroom with a desk, two Guest Bedrooms, and a bathroom.

Yard includes a grill, picnic table, and gardening space.
