cat’s out of the bag! the good news is that there are going to be two more books in the penalty box series. i had really struggled with whether i wanted to keep writing hockey or whether i wanted to move on … but i kept coming back to this world i’ve spent so many years in (almost a decade at this point if we count the initial writing!) and, specifically, to leo cohen, who you guys may remember from previous books. this is his time to shine, in a book that answers the age-old question: “what if you said i could fix him, but instead he made you worse?” i’m excited for you to meet leo and devon and will be sharing more in the future. watch this space! 🧡
