FRCA Status Update

Hello everynyan, this is mod L~

Flight Rising Community Association has been only sporadically active for quite a long time now. It’s not because we lack the will, but we do kinda lack the brain, biceps, time, and energy. But we are working on stuff! We’ve been hinting at it a lot and some new stuff is definitely coming out! Our focus will shift just slightly more towards lore and art, all the creative stuff. We have no intentions to stop being a whole community affair tho so no worries there! It’s more like FRCA will gain some lore of it’s own. For us this whole thing seem really exciting and we are hoping you will feel the same too once we unveil our new brand :)

In the meantime if you’ve ever felt like doing volunteer work for the Flight Rising community then we are open for new people to join in! We have a Discord server and a dedicated staff of 4 stellar individuals that could very well do with couple of more!

game testing - i need 6 players.

for a trial run of tic tac toe!! i know this works on-site. however, i want to see if it works on tumblr too. i need 6 players. prize: 300g to the winning team (100g per team member) how to play: i will divide up the 6 players into two teams. i will give each team a word they need to post on the actual game play post. i will @ everyone to the post and the game begins. the object of the game is to have your team post three times in a row. you do not have post in a certain order, but all 3 of your team members must post the word in order to win. winning team will be decided via my notes since they are logged chronologically.

Stolas is a dream stepper. He can live out small glimpses of the future through his dreams. How events happen during a dream step is how it will occur, fates cannot be changed. A lot of what he learns in his dreams burdens him in his waking hours. But with knowledge comes power. Fates may not be changed, but one can prepare for the aftermath.

Here he is... Pistlyn, the awful boy. I bought him after the leap day hatching craze... almost two years ago now? Geez. Anyway I bought him because I thought my lair needed a pastel or two and he ended up driving me to purge my lair into only pastels and I recently purged my lair again into a darker warmer theme but I cannot bring myself to purge him. My lore for him is a bit patchy at best but he's an exiled prince with a shade infection he's had since birth (TL;DR - his family is garbage, some other family knows this and decided to curse an egg because why not I guess.) and now he's chilling in a decrepit castle with a bunch of ghosts. Life goals... for someone, probably, maybe. Betta #18938

Zelkova is a paleontologist and paleobotanist! She researches fossils of lifeforms from the Second Age, and has found evidence of life appearing even during the First Age, during the time of the Eight's Conflicts. Right now she's helping Pod learn about differences between Third and Fourth Age plantlife in order to study the effects that the appearance of dragons has had on the ecosystem and magical fields.
