Norman slides his arms around Akito’s hips and looks into his stunning eyes. He enjoys the closure in silence for a moment but stops it inevitably whilst moving up his left hand just to cup Akito’s cheek with it. “ You don't owe me anything sunshine, you are my husband and I'm yours. There is nothing that can beat that as what we have means we are in this together and forever. Nobody will ever take your place because you have stolen my heart from the start of our first meeting. Our love is stronger than the curse you used to have which that alone proves you and I are meant to be together. “ Norman leans in and kisses Akito’s lips tenderly, his fingers caress the soft skin of his cheek yet eventually an unexpected meow breaks their intimacy. He can't help it but chuckle lightly against the other lips, an extra tiny kiss is given before he looks at their cat that is between their legs, soon after the bird joins. “ We even have our little family approval, it shows how much we are the best. “

     It’d been awhile. Having grown accustomed to Shigure’s home, Yuki wasn’t used to coming face to face with Akito anymore. All those years, locked away with him, subjected to his lies--but he could speak normally to him now. Right? He couldn’t remember the reason why he originally came to talk to him, if it was a favor or request, he had to focus on not letting his mind wander. He couldn’t allow himself to think about it.

     The room was right there.

     Stopping in the hall, he stared, remembering the days he’d stare out the window, the days Haru would sneak in to see him, how lonely...

     Tearing his gaze away, he took a slow breath, hearing voices around the corner...probably more maids, people fretting over the frail god, as they always did. Would he see Hatori? Shaking his head, he continued on...and even began to wonder if it was Akito that summoned him here.

     Approaching the room, he lifted his hand, knuckles lightly brushing against the wood, resting...then almost hesitantly tapped them against the door. He should’ve just left. If he couldn’t remember if he was here for a favor, or if he was summoned, it was worthless.

“Akito… It's me. ” Norman let his presence be known as he carefully slides the door open, the one that directly leads him where the god ‘s bedroom is. Only to find a rather upset man inside. From a quick look at the situation, Akito quite possibly made the attempt of pouring the hot tea inside two small cups for them to share together — a good intention that turned wrong as the main object is rather heavy yet fragile to lift which is why the impact of the hit on the ground broke it so easily. There are no towels anywhere close so without hesitation he steps closer quickly, taking off his own black jacket and wraps it around Akito to give him the comfort he may seek and after Norman picks him up. The noises coming from there were enough to alert the maid --- the woman in question is now cleaning up in a hurry as if she was scared of being in the room at the moment but Norman paid no attention to her ; he just holds Akito closer and even dares to press his lips on his forehead. “ I'm just very glad the hot tea didn't burn your soft skin. . . But I promise everything is going to be alright, it happens to the best of us, even me at work with my coffee. “ He shows a compassionate smile softly and as for his voice, every single word is whispered. “ And once she is gone I will order for us Sushi and tea. “ Norman brought this up because he wanted to and also because he wants to help Akito feel better on this late evening.

{ ♔ } “It’s not JUST a bruise, it is a bruise that someone probably gave you. I want to know who it was. Who was it? They need to disappear, they will pay for what they did to you”. It was enough for Akito to see the mild tint of a bruise on Norman’s arm and already assume the WORST, as he always did that out of caring for the one that he adored, he did not want anyone to ever hurt Norman even if his field of work could most likely result in injuries. That was however nothing that came to his mind right now, he had already planned about what to do with the person that had dared to injure Norman, he wanted to rip their eyes out. However, that was not possibly because his nails were cut rather short after past incidents with scratching other people or allowing them to dig into his own too sensitive skin, and lately those outbursts had been reduced as the former god literally made a beeline for Norman whenever he felt something bothering him or upsetting him, so he did not know how to control it or himself at all. Sometimes he also used some items called anti stress balls, that he bounced around, squeezed and held to get rid of pent up aggression. It had never worked with snapping rubber bands or hair bands around his wrist, he just did it too harsh. “Tell me who did it!!!”.

❛My love.❜ His voice is as peaceful as always. The attempt of announcing something is made but it results in a potential confrontation. ( Good job Norman ) He sarcastically recites himself mentally. He can be quite an imbecile when he has to express how he feels but this brings the realization he really shouldn't have to hide anything from Akito — And the saying sometimes lying can be your only choice didn't work out as expected. However, the lie itself was done for a different justification, A potential surprise. Norman pulls out his cellphone and opens it before he turns it in Akito’s direction, a not forced smile on his face. ❛Do you see this little guy ? He was brought to the investigation site and...He is very young and needs a lot of training. For short, he got excited when he saw me and made me fall on my back and he is the one who did scratch my arm accidentally.❜ He is talking about a dog, nothing more or less. ❛I sincerely apologize for worrying you and for the lie. I was afraid this would make you fear dogs and ruin the possibility for you to be around him when you pass by the office. After all, you do know how boring my meetings are.❜ There are rules in regard to the dog, but someone has to take care of them anyway in the near future.

The day only started minutes ago && he already feels like the luckiest man in the world. “ It's a shame that you can't see what I see. It adds more to your charm, ” A soft kiss is given to Akito's lips since he can't resist && he gives in the temptation of being affectionate && the bird he talks about have taken the chance to stay on the top of Norman’s right shoulder && already start his unavoidable chirp mess it's cute but less cute for his ears but he'll never get furious over it since it's only a sign he is happy with his two father figure that he's been with for a very long time to the point he always stayed at their home && it is a thing for more than months, actually a year or so. Eventually, he returned to his small bed && attempt to rest. “ && I think he would love it too . . . But how are you feeling today, baby? ” He asks without any assumption && with the thought behind it if Akito is doing well mentally && physically they could perhaps go shopping && if he is not ok they will get Miko through the website && maybe more than just that.

Today is a unique day for the two men who have been together for another year. Norman thought they could attempt something different for a change that was now occurring. He is relatively prepared for it and by that it's simply because he is wearing the matching clothes that are supposed to match with Akito but haven't seen it yet. Norman patiently waits and has the vehicle ready in advance though mentally he's a mess hence why he secretly makes sure he has a box that contains a ring inside with him. Everything will be alright, quit making a spectacle Norman. An attempt of resonating with himself is completed about twice. Miko the bird chose to sing, perhaps the animal truly understands humans' emotions, he silly thought. When the bedroom door gradually opens Miko whistles as if he alerts Norman. He blinks twice in the fraction of a few seconds and approaches Akito with the enormous smiles he ever had in the past. “ You are so stunning. ” He brings Akito's left hand to his mouth and places a tender kiss on the top. Then he proceeds to offer his arm to his sunshine as he will never forget how he loves how he can hold into it.

To both surprises, the road didn't have any traffic and the couple success in made it to the fancy and quiet Italian restaurant. Norman was already snappy twice. One time he held the door for Akito and the second is now he pulled the chair for him before he went to sit down in front of Akito. “ Thank you for accepting to come here with me. I hope you enjoy it, If you don't that's okay too.” Norman wink as he places his hand close to the one that belongs to the other and let his thumb rub it gently. A lit candle is between them since the light of the restaurant is very low. Some musicians quietly play music in the background.
