NOSTALGIA / KARTER & ARABELLA / F2F
the last thing he ever wanted to do was go grocery shopping. but apparently he lived there too and he needed to chip in a little bit, and poor dax wouldn’t let him leave the house without taking him as well which was a headache in its own sense. he put the toddler into the cart and he started smashing his toy car against everything to be as loud as he possibly could as karter pushed him through the store.
it was in the bread aisle that dax froze and started shaking the cart alot as a big grin came across his face. he rolled his eyes, expecting it to be levi who would be walking up behind him any moment now, but he was stone cold when he heard the next words from the toddlers mouth. “MAMA!” he moved his arms out, reaching for her, whining a bit. karter had to swallow the lump in his throat as he turned to see ... her.
“bella? ------you’re back.”
