Emergency Commissions!

I’ve been sick for most of October and haven't been able to work much, because of that my funds are not great. All I have for food are some fig newtons and a box of ramen given to me by a friend. Most importantly I don’t have enough money to go to a rheumatologist, with winter coming around the corner my rheumatoid arthritis is going to hit hard.
