[[Just a friend date. Just 2 friends. Seeing a show. A romance show. Nothing suspicious about that. @freakin-faraday-cage I’m sorry this suddenly wouldn’t let me go]]
In Erin’s unprofessional opinion, the hardest thing about being a broadway star was that she had very little time to actually enjoy shows she wasn’t in. The prime example of her lamentations was Finding Neverland, a show which in her opinion had had much too short a run in New York before moving all across the country on tour. But the tour production had finally come to a city close to New York, and Erin simply couldn’t pass up the opportunity to have herself be swept away again. She had bought her tickets ages ago, before she and Ivy had been cast in their latest projects, but Erin had already decided she’d do anything to get out of the one performance she’d have to miss to see it.
Unfortunately, Ivy wasn’t as invested.
“Please, Ivy, we made these plans months ago!” Erin was a little petulant over the phone as she listened to her friend explain why she couldn’t make it. The one downside to actually winning a Tony, she supposed. Realizing there was no way she was going to convince the blonde to go, Erin stared at the 2 tickets still in her hands. She hated the thought that one of them would probably go to waste, especially when it came to a show as magical as this one. She had mostly dismissed the thought of taking someone else to see this show with her, not knowing many people who weren’t also working, but maybe it wasn’t such a bad idea...
Of course, that’s when Jillian Holtzmann - the other blonde bombshell in her life - tapped on her shoulder. “Hmm, sorry, what?” She asked, having to admit she hadn’t been listening.
