Because I’m a rude scoundrel. But, then I saw your bae was a WoC and was immediately intrigued ‘cause no one ever does that. Then I started reading your stuff and just— fuck me, was a I wrong to judge. Couldn’t hit the follow button faster after that. And now we’re friends so *wink wonk*.

Thing You Like About Their Characterfireinherveins — The unexpectedness of your character to quite honest. Like, rarely does anyone do a PoC character. Let alone in a fantasy setting. Rarely does someone become a trailblazer, even in the smallest ways, when they don’t have to. You know? Like, I hear so many go ‘well it’s just for fun’ as if leisure excuses laziness. I mean there’s nothing wrong with white FCs, but I just see the same girls being used over and over and over. Because they’re safe. Boring, now that they’ve been used in every conceivable way. But safe. and it’s not easy using a WoC either. Not many sources for icons. Not many gifs. Not many anything. So not only are you a good writer, you’re a writer who challenges norms. And bless you for that.
freckleelf — How traumatized he is. Like, yeah that sounds really bad. But, a lot of people go the vengeful savior route with their mage OCs. And for good reason but there’s the flipside of that coin. It’s not a very easy face to handle but you take that challenge head on.
