Last post of 2016, so Happy New Year!
Here are more OCs of mine for a little story I’m creating, plus this was a good opportunity for me to start drawing older characters. I honestly don’t know what “Dark Fire” will turn into in the end, but I’m having fun with these characters nonetheless. I would’ve drawn more for this post, but the battery on my tablet stopped working 🙃. Lastly, the logo is heavily influenced by Yoshitaka Amano’s work and the archetype of “Death and the Maiden”.
I won’t go into story details now, but here are some small bios for the characters above:
Robert Forester: A well-renowned doctor and leader of House Forester. He is Margo’s uncle. Despite his calm and polite demeanor, he is no longer as radiant as he once was when he was younger. Many suspect he has lived a life of misery and regret ever since the death of his family and the downfall of his house. Margo is the only living relative he has left.
Mrs. Kingsley: Mr. Kingsley's poise wife and Annie's strict mother. She can be arrogant and self-centered due to the powerful status of her family, but she is more widely known for her beauty, which hasn't waned despite her age.
Frederick Degas: Leader of House Degas and Maxim's older brother. Despite being so young for a lord, Frederick is intelligent and wise beyond his age. His high position has granted him a betrothal to Annie Kingsley.
Mr. Kingsley: Lord of the extravagant House Kingsley. He is an effective leader who puts the well-being and prosperity of his house above all else. Although he loves his daughter Annie unconditionally, his marriage has become dull and absent of love over time.
