For me, that usually involves dropping breakfast, and breaking a longer overnight fast with a healthy Japanese-style brunch (steamed rice, steamed veggies, simple protein like eggs or fish, and miso soup). If I do that for a few weeks, I always start to feel better as my hormones level back out.
point is, I made miso soup this morning and Baby. Lost. Her. Mind. She loved it.
