I have a confession… I’m completely, hopelessly obsessed with refashioned quilt jeans. Have you seen them popping up on social media, Pinterest or around town lately? Because once you notice them, you really notice them—and after QuiltCon 2026, I simply couldn’t look away. It all started on the show floor. Everywhere I turned, there were these incredible, one-of-a-kind jeans—patched, flared, stitched, and dripping with personality. And then there was our own Editorial Director, Denise McKenna, absolutely rocking her pair. I’m not exaggerating when I say people were stopping her left and right to ask about them. That was it. I was done for. I had to make my own.
