Relax your mind, breath properly, duck dive and pull down, no finning, make constant equalization, keep your neck straight, look at the rope not on the plate, touch the plate, stay for as long as you can if you may. Gradually pull back up when ready, keeping a straight neck and eyes on the rope, no fining.
