𝐎𝐦𝐠 𝐦𝐲 @𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐨𝐦𝐜𝐮𝐩𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝟓 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐥𝐝?!! 😱😱😱 How could I not bring up #menstrualcups for @temasekshophouse #carboncopychallenge? I ordered this in Jan 2016 after watching a BuzzFeed video on #menstrualcup but couldn't find an affordable one in sg. Can't rmb how but I found #freedomcups and took a chance. I'm very lucky because I've only tried 2 cups so far and the one most suitable for me is my first one (pictured here). Not such an easy journey for all. I really had a newfound freedom and my relationship with my periods really improved. I could go to my muay Thai classes with confidence and not worry if my pads moved. I can also measure my flow, which came very useful cos I have #PCOS and my gynae needs me to measure. Also, peep the social outreach that they do to empower menstruating people with the cups so we can all have the education and life we deserve. Fun fact: I have anemia so when my iron levels are low, the blood stains the cup badly. When I got my levels up, it doesn't stain so badly. I've booked my cups between cycles for sterilisation and it's still good as new. I love it so much I am basically an MC evangelist. .
